COVID Precautions

Here at Caroline’s B&B, we are taking every precaution to keep our environment clean and safe! We installed the Reme Halo Air Purifier to our HVAC System. It kills up to 99% of mold, bacteria, and virus. We also have sanitizer stations in various areas of the B&B and an ozone generator we will run in each room after guests leave.

Relocation, Extended and Corporate Stays

Though we require a 2-night minimum stay, many of our guests stay for weeks or months! If you are relocating to Summerville, working on a temporary job or project, or are looking for a long-term rental—we would love to accommodate you!
