Seated Event under Pavilion (includes 5 tables / 30 chairs) Capacity 30
  • Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) – $1500.00 per day
  • Weekday Rate (Monday – Thursday, discounted) $1200.00 per day
Standing Event under Pavilion (includes 9 high top tables / no chairs) Capacity 50
  • Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) – $2000.00 per day
  • Weekday Rate (Monday – Thursday, discounted) $1800.00 per day
Hybrid Seated/Standing Event under and around Pavilion (includes total 14 tables/high tops and 30 chairs as well as possible causal seating in front of fireplace or off to the side) Capacity 80
  • Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) – $3000.00 per day
  • Weekday Rate (Monday – Thursday, discounted) $2800.00 per day

Prices above include use of ceiling fans, casual furniture (either pavilion or outside pavilion) and use of 2 heat lamps.

Renter is responsible for all exterior clean up and trash removal upon completion of event.

Add Ons

First Floor Cottage with Living area, Bathrooms (2), Kitchen (for Catering Services) – if they wanted to include bedrooms add 150.00 per night per room ( 2- downstairs), $225.00 per/night with a two night minimum for the Presidential Suite)

  • Weekend Rate $1000.00 per day
  • Weekday Rate $800.00 per day

Additional Heating / Stand Up fans – @ rental cost

2-Station Restroom or 3-Stall Restroom Trailer 1,110.50 to 1219.50 These won’t be needed if you are renting the cottage 1200′ with two bathrooms.

Tent – @ rental cost ($300 – 17′ x 20′)

There is a one time cleaning fee upon departure for the Cottage – 250.00

There is a one time cleaning fee for the Presidential Suite – 75.00
