Caroline’s Bed and Breakfast is centrally located to all of Charleston’s beautiful beaches.  Just about 35 miles from Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, and Sullivan’s Island, Caroline’s is just close enough to enjoy the beach during your stay.

Plantations

Moss covered oak trees form a canopy as they line the back roads between Charleston and Summerville. These routes lead you past the majestic historic plantations and farms that will take you back in time and remind you of a bygone era that helped shape this proud and diverse culture that makes up the low country today.

Local Events

There is nothing like Summerville in the springtime!  Visit in time to experience the famous annual Flowertown Festival while the azaleas are in bloom.  If wildlife is your interest, visit in February for the national Southeastern Wildlife Expo (SEWE).  Art enthusiast?  Don’t miss out on the annual Piccolo Spoleto event.  Plus, there is always something going on at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center.
